Focus:
1). Certify new cutters
2). Certify officials & intructors
3). Special attention will be given to safety rules, setting up benches & cuts, building benches & officiating at competitions etc.
Practice knives will be available for anyone needing a knife.
This is a hands on school & every opportunity will be given to one & all to hone their skills at the cutting bench
A points competition will be held at 2:ooPM on Sunday so everyone who has been certified will have the opportunity to compete
Please RSVP with remittance at least two weeks before the school so we know how to prepare for food & materials etc
